We are looking for a Technical Support Team Lead to build and lead the technical support function for our UAV products. This role is for someone who can combine technical analysis, team leadership, and process thinking . You will help the team investigate incidents, identify root causes, improve support workflows, and build a strong connection between support and R&D. You do not need prior UAV experience to apply. We can teach the domain. What matters most is your ability to lead technical investigations, structure complex work, and turn support cases into product improvements. This is a full-time office job. Candidates must be located in Ternopil. What is your Day to Day Mission: Lead the technical support team handling complex product and system incidents Organize and improve the incident investigation process Support root cause analysis for critical and recurring issues Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to drive resolution of technical problems Help structure escalations, issue tracking, and internal technical communication Improve the quality of analysis, documentation, and support outputs Build and maintain internal support processes, workflows, and standards Contribute to knowledge base development and technical best practices Track recurring issues and help turn them into clear product feedback Support team growth, task prioritization, and day-to-day coordination
