Oracle LMS Administrator & Learning Pathways Specialist Opportunity | Onsite Noida Location: Onsite – Noida, India Position Type: Full-Time Employee Working Hours: Approximately 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST Client Alignment: Dedicated support for a UAE client engagement The Opportunity Infopro Learning is seeking an Oracle LMS Administrator & Learning Pathways Specialist to support a high-visibility client engagement in the Middle East region. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines Oracle LMS administration with learning journey and pathway configuration. In addition to supporting day-to-day LMS operations, this individual will help structure scalable, role-based learning experiences, organize learner pathways, support reporting visibility, and contribute to the overall learner experience within the platform. We’re looking for someone who enjoys both the operational and structural side of LMS management — someone who can handle administration and user support while also thinking through how learning should be organized, connected, and experienced at scale. The right person will be professional, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable partnering directly with client stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time onsite role based in our Noida office. What You’ll Do Administer and support the Oracle LMS environment on an ongoing basis Configure and maintain learning pathways, learner journeys, certifications, and role-based learning structures Manage learner enrollments, assignments, reporting, and day-to-day LMS operations Support the organization and optimization of learning experiences within the LMS environment Develop and maintain LMS reports, learner tracking, and operational reporting processes Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues in a timely manner Support users and respond to operational requests from client stakeholders Partner with internal and client teams to understand learning workflows and operational requirements Maintain learning records, system data integrity, and administrative governance processes Identify opportunities to improve LMS usability, operational efficiency, and learner experience Serve as a professional, client-facing point of contact for LMS support activities
