Lead of Housekeeping (ENG)

Can you and your team make the hotel shine and adapt quickly when the situation requires it? Then you are the Lead of Housekeeping we are looking for! What challenges await you? As Lead of Housekeeping, you are the senior member of the team and main point of contact for the team. You ensure that the team is able to carry out their work properly and efficiently. In addition, you work with the team to clean the hotel, including the restaurant, the lobby, the function rooms, the staff canteen, the toilets and all other public areas. Cleaning hotel rooms is not included in this role. You are also responsible for administrative tasks, including drawing up the team rota and managing cleaning supplies. You ensure the hotel is clean, safe and well-organised, and monitor the quality of the facilities service.
