We are looking for an experienced Planner to join our team. With our modern locomotives, we serve industrial sites throughout Europe. Our focus is on operating safely and to a high standard around the clock. Your responsibilities: Planning resources such as train drivers, car inspectors, locomotives, and operating personnel, and creating corresponding shift schedules in traffic planning Working closely with other departments, such as the control center, as well as with external service providers Ensuring that all personnel decisions and measures comply with applicable labor laws and company guidelines Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in railway operations to prevent accidents and incidents Preparing reports, key performance indicators, and analyses to optimize resources, costs, and efficiency Using specialized software solutions for planning, monitoring, and documentation in railway operations
