In this role, you will be responsible for a designated product portfolio within neurosurgery, driving sales and marketing efforts across Finland. This is a position with a high degree of independence, where you will take ownership of planning, implementing, and executing commercial activities and drive organic growth. Key Responsibilities Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets by identifying opportunities, developing strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and maintaining key customer contacts. Product Training & Customer Education: Educate customers on your portfolio through technical and clinical training and product demonstrations. Stay updated on product training and usage, best practices, and clinical advancements. Business & Market Analysis: Analyze market data to optimize territory plans, support decision-making, and contribute to marketing activities. Collaborate across business units to drive commercial success. Industry Representation & Networking: Represent the company at industry fairs and events, actively promoting products and building relationships with key professionals. Tender Process: The role includes active participation both in the pre-tender process as well as tender submission. You will influence the tender specification and work closely with the Tender department to ensure successful submissions. You will also provide market insights and product expertise to support competitive and well-structured tenders.
