We are currently looking for an exceptional Central Digital Operations Manager to join our central team as part of our outsourced collaboration with The Coca-Cola Company across Europe 🌍 . This role will be covering a variety of markets across Europe on a project basis. This Central Digital Operations Manager will help us to drive 🚘 our mission in bringing innovative experiences, data-driven thinking and digital capabilities into a constantly changing ecosystem. 💼 What you’ll do for us? Your main responsibilities: You will own project based localization and operationalisation of digital experiences for consumers on a variety of local markets, ensuring consumer experiences are executed in the markets in the most effective way to convert to digital transactions. Operate and manage TCCC digital platforms (websites, applications etc.) 💻 including content localization and platform management on a local market level through a deep connection with Marketing, Local operations and other key stakeholders. You will manage Mobile App 📲from both a content and loyalty and promo perspective utilising content from the TCCC centre. Coordinate digital activations across brand portfolios on a local market level including ensuring localizing central activations and implementing local GDPR and other legal requirements across all activations. Be a GDPR champion 🏆 for your market, ensuring Legal/PACS compliance of content, initiate GDPR assessment for each activation, build consumer experiences with the right to privacy mindset and embed local privacy rules into experiences and consumer journeys. Bring cross-portfolio, audience first journeys to life in collaboration with central IMX team. Implement and localize central platforms incl. T&Cs and GDPR requirements; UAT test new platforms & features. Report bugs, issues, feedback for backlog. Act as the strategic local consultant into the European centre ensuring the local countries have their needs met as well as staying in line or ahead of competitors. Day to day 🌞 management of platform content, CRM and transactional activations. Provide local input and insights for central and local campaigns into the central teams. Prepare analytics & reporting 📈 dashboards for Digital Assets and campaigns. Ensure networked way of working and strong collaboration with Frontline Marketing, Central Marketing, Bottler, IT, Platform Services/SL&E, PAC, Legal, and agency partners.
