We’re everdrop – a fast-growing D2C brand on a mission to change the world of household and personal care. We are looking for a Conversion Strategy & Offer Psychology Manager (m/f/d) who owns the strategic and operational optimization of the entire conversion funnel and systematically improves our landing pages to drive measurable growth.
As a Conversion Strategy & Offer Psychology Manager (m/f/d) your main tasks will be:

Lead Landing Page & Funnel Optimization: Develop, optimize, and continuously refine high-converting landing and sales/offer pages aligned with funnel stages and campaign goals. You are fully responsible for conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the entire on-site funnel.

Scientific A/B Testing & Analysis: Use a structured, scientific approach to execute experiments. You design tests with clear frameworks and ensure that your A/B testing and behavioral analytics achieve true statistical significance to systematically improve performance.

Data-Driven Iteration & Growth: Analyze creative and funnel KPIs (e.g., CTR, SSR, CPM, CVR, CAC, and NC ROAS). Translate performance data into structured hypotheses and testing roadmaps, continuously refining messaging and landing pages based on hard insights.

Offer Creation & Creative Angles: Be highly clever and resourceful in finding the right offers and psychological triggers that support our storytelling. You bring creative ideas on what to test next and know how to pitch the perfect offer to the right audience segment.

Support Performance Messaging Architecture: Support the development of performance-driven messaging frameworks tailored to audience segments, funnel stages, and campaign objectives. Help translate insights into conversion-oriented storytelling based on sales psychology and assist in ensuring consistent messaging across ads, landing pages, and the full customer journey.

Collaborate Across Teams to Scale Impact: Work closely with performance marketing, design, creative, and growth teams. Align on campaign goals, testing priorities, and asset roadmaps, effectively bridging strategy and execution to maximize end-to-end conversion efficiency.
