We’re looking for a performance-driven and highly analytical Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager to take ownership of our META ad account and drive international growth. As our Senior Paid Social & Analytics Manager, you will: Fully own our META ad accounts across countries: setup, structure, targeting, optimization Plan and execute campaigns that deliver growth and new customers in DACH, France, Italy, and more Drive funnel analysis, A/B tests, and creative learnings using tools like Tableau, META Business Manager, Motion, and spreadsheets Define bundles, test strategies, and platform setups aligned with product launches and business goals Lead the paid social OKRs and coordinate performance efforts across markets Prepare and align budgets and strategic decisions directly with the Management
