Spring Up 8 Way Hand Tie Associate

Position Summary : This position is responsible for using the 8-way hand tie method to install springs in frames used in the manufacture of upholstered furniture. This position may web burlap onto the furniture parts prior to 8-way hand tying of springs, install no sags and polypropylene. Key Responsibilities : Places springs in frame and ties down using the 8-way hand tie method Cover springs in seat with FLW and attaches using staple gun Installs no sags on back of frame as needed Applies polypropylene to arms Applies edge wire where needed May be responsible for webbing process Frequently rotates in each job functions throughout the day Must follow all safety policies and procedures
