Upholstery Product Developer with Proficient Digital Experience (AutoCAD)

Summary : The Upholstery Product Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development of new products from concept to creation. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong sense of design, crafting knowledge/understanding, and experience with AutoCAD and/or OptiTex. In addition, drive, detail orientation, and flexibility are also key attributes to consider when stepping into this role. Key Responsibilities : Describe the job's essential duties and responsibilities using clear, declarative statements in priority order. Responsibility Collaborates to understand and interpret product concepts. Develop, cut, and adjust patterns using CAD software Makes and maintains product specifications for each new style. Works with outside vendors to coordinate product materials for new styles and one-time customs. Conduct thorough quality assessment at each stage of the development process to ensure adherence to design standards and specifications. Stays abreast of industry trends, materials, and techniques to continually enhance product quality and innovation. Works closely with each department to ensure seamless execution of the product. Manages multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Provide technical guidance and support to production teams to resolve any issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
