About the role We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer with exposure to Generative AI to join our engineering team. In this role, you will work on building scalable applications while also contributing to the integration of GenAI-driven features that enhance product capabilities. You will collaborate on architectural decisions, support AI-assisted functionalities, and help the team stay aligned with emerging AI technologies. This is a great opportunity for someone strong in full-stack engineering who is also interested in applying GenAI in practical, real-world use cases. Design and develop robust full-stack applications using modern frameworks with a focus on performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate on architectural decisions involving application design, cloud services, and AI-assisted features. Implement and support light to moderate GenAI integrations (e.g., integrating LLM APIs, building prompt workflows, handling embeddings, basic vector search, or AI-powered UI components). Driving technical projects and providing leadership in an innovative and fast-paced environment Lead, motivate and mentor team members in achieving project and organizational goals Actively involved in improving organizational culture, process, and standards Provide thought leadership and strengthen the team’s software engineering capabilities Stay current with trends in full-stack development and evolving GenAI tools/frameworks.
