The role In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering and Sales/Customer Success, collaborating closely with these teams to provide technical advice and integration support for both existing clients and new prospects. The role will be executed from Bangalore, India in the India timezone while periodically working later hours (up to 11:30PM IST) to support US-based customers when needed. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting on technical and security requests from Sales and Customer Success Supporting with ad hoc data requests across the company Advising and supporting clients with their API integrations Setting up custom CRM integrations for existing clients Enhancing client security standards by implementing Single Sign-On Troubleshoot and resolve SSO-related errors while managing stakeholder communication throughout. Assisting the Engineering team with product QA testing and root cause analysis Act as technical point of contact for customers during and after the sales cycle What you bring We are looking for someone who has a technical foundation and is passionate about supporting our clients and prospects. Moreover, we are looking for the following: 5 plus years of relevant work experience Experience with APIs and programming Experience with cloud infrastructure Experience with SQL databases Experience with setting up Single Sign On / SAML connections Experience in drafting technical responses, RFI/P submissions, and customer-facing documentation. Strong communication skills You are able to understand complex technical concepts and explain them in a simple manner to non-technical stakeholders Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external customers Bonus if you have Knowledge about Golang Knowledge about TypeScript & React Experience in fintech, economics or private equity
