We’re seeking Licensed & Certified Residential Appraisers who want flexible, optional volume without quotas, pressure, or administrative burden. This opportunity is ideal for appraisers who want to supplement their existing business with steady work they can accept on their own terms. What This Opportunity Looks Like: No maximum volume: take as many orders as your schedule allows No sales or client chasing Full appraisal independence: value, scope, and conclusions are always yours Administrative support included: scheduling, coordination, and payment handled by IVG. You control your workload. IVG supports the process. Compensation (Fee Split Based on Monthly Volume) -1–11 orders/month: 60% Certified, 50% Licensed -12–20 orders/month: 62% Certified, 52% Licensed -21–30 orders/month: 63% Certified, 53% Licensed -31–40 orders/month: 64% Certified, 54% Licensed
