UI/UX Designer (1-3 Years)

We are particularly looking for a UI/UX Designer who has experience in leading and managing a team of designers, as well as a strong track record of creating user-friendly and engaging designs. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a proven ability to translate user needs into effective designs. They should also have strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work cross-functionally with other teams. The responsibilities of the UI/UX Designer Lead will include: - Leading and managing a team of UI/UX designers - Conducting user research and usability testing - Creating wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces - Collaborating with other teams to ensure that designs meet the needs of the business - Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in UI/UX design - Should have strong knowledge in all Adobe tools and Figma I believe that this is an important role for our company and I am confident that we can find a qualified candidate.
