Your role as an Inside Sales Representative at Xsens As an Inside Sales Representative you will have a fundamental role in achieving ambitious revenue growth targets of our renowned industrial sensor solutions for the Automation & Mobility market segments, like outdoor mobile robots, subsea robotics and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles markets. In this exciting new role, you are responsible for pursuing sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails. You must be comfortable qualifying prospects and inbound leads and support the A&M sales team in closing new sales, but also focus on retaining existing customer’s relationships. The role also encompasses proper order processing and administration, including approved vendor form completion, managing RMA’s and a product loaner pool. Also there is room to explore applying latest automation AI tools in a controlled way. This is an ideal starting/learning position and springboard for a career as Account Executive in field sales. You will be part of the Sales Team, working closely with our Account Executives and Field Application Engineers. You will report directly to the Business Line Director and your office is based in Enschede, the Netherlands. Key challenges : Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and online actions. Collaborate with the sales team on tactics to meet business objectives regarding opportunity development and closed business Document and track all leads, contacts, opportunities, and activity history
