Locum Consultant Anesthesiologist

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Locum Consultant Anaesthesiologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality anaesthetic services across perioperative, critical care, and emergency settings while supporting patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative care. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced consultant to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment within the Irish public health system Key Responsibilities Deliver consultant-level anaesthetic care for elective and emergency surgical procedures. Participate in perioperative assessment and management of patients. Provide support for critical care, trauma, obstetric, and acute pain services as required. Supervise and support junior medical staff and trainees. Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, clinical governance, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with HSE policies and procedures. Participate in on-call rotas where applicable.
