Job description
We are building a talent pool of Customer Service Representatives (CSR) who will handle customer interactions across various accounts. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies Resolve customer issues while ensuring high levels of satisfaction Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in the system Follow standard operating procedures and meet performance metrics (e.g., AHT, CSAT, resolution time) Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and data security standards Qualifications At least High School (old curriculum) or Senior High School graduate At least 6 months BPO or customer service experience handling international voice account is required Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Basic computer skills and familiarity with common applications Willingness to work on shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Amenable to work onsite or in a hybrid setup (as required) Preferred Skills Good problem-solving and critical thinking skills Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems Strong customer focus and empathy Team player with a positive attitude What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Paid training and career development opportunities Supportive and dynamic work environment Opportunities for career growth within the organization Note: This is for pooling purposes.
