The Operations Manager has responsibility for the provision of operational leadership and management to the immediate Operational team members within the UC and FL Team. Job type - Permanent Base - Salford and Preston, must be able to work from both sites. Pay - Based on experience. Company pension scheme Holidays- 28 days per year (pro rata) Hours - Contracted hours = 40hrs Monday - Friday. Business operates 24/7, 365 days per year. Reporting daily activity to the UKEMS’s management. · At all times the post holder must ensure patient safety and reduction in harm to patients, self, colleagues and others by assessing risks and adopting safe working practices. · The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring accurate communication at all time between all stakeholders and operational staff working at the site. · To contribute to the safe, timely and effective running of the daily operation of the division and vehicle fleet.
