The Job For our first ever-signed restaurant MOMO Amsterdam, we are looking for an amazing, hands-on, passionate Sous Chef. The MOMO “family” is always striving for perfection; sparing no effort to obtain the very best products the world has to offer. From the decorations on the walls to the array of beautiful ingredients with each their own particular palate. MOMO’s executive chef who is also the culinary mastermind of all concepts of The Entourage Group, created the menu of subtle Asian flavours with the sophistication of Western cuisine. Highly creative dishes honour ingredients. Flavour and textures work together in the most vibrant and light recipes. Among them are MOMO’s signature dishes like the black cod with spicy miso, and the MOMO roll with tuna, salmon, sea bass, avocado and tarragon miso. Our Sous Chef strives to deliver the superior level of guest service that we are known for. They are hardworking, dedicated, and uphold exceptional culinary standards.
