Client Service Associate / Paraplanner

We are currently seeking a Client Service Associate/Paraplanner to join our team. This is an entry-level position, with room for development and growth. What You Will do as a Client Service Associate / Paraplanner · Build and maintain strong client relationships by processing client service requests, including account updates, money movement and client agreements. · Provide seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring professionalism and efficiency. · Collaborate with internal teams to complete meeting preparation (Running various reports, etc.) and follow up. · Complete required training, assessments, performance goals and continuing education requirements · Participate in various training programs and seminars to increase performance of work · Pursue training in financial products to suit a variety of objectives and risk levels · Work with financial advisors to help clients to determine financial and investment needs and utilize sales skills to effectively recommend suitable financial products · Assist financial advisor in identifying investment referral opportunities from new clients Growth Opportunities We provide every team member with a clear road map for growth and development. · Ongoing Training & Education: We provide in-house training throughout the year and encourage and support team members to expand their industry knowledge.
