WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Perform daily rounds of the entire Schloss premises to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards Independently carry out minor repairs and maintenance tasks Coordinate and supervise external service providers and technicians as needed Set up and dismantle equipment for events in indoor and outdoor areas Assist with gardening and park maintenance when needed Support technical aspects of sustainability efforts (e.g., energy efficiency, waste management) Ensure compliance with safety regulations and coordinate regular inspections (e.g., fire protection, elevators) Work closely with the Manager, Housekeeping & Facility
