About the Role The Managing Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, sales and financial leadership of the branch. You are focused on the development of a long-term business strategy for the North American market. You will identify new business opportunities, partnerships and market trends to achieve revenue and profitability for the company. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our International Managing Director as well as our General Manager Canada. This position is intended as a successor to our general manager for our North American Business. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Efficient business processes and high-quality standards Daily reports to identify every potential Sales Identify the customer needs and search for manufactured solutions Strengthen the employer´s position upon the market Building a core customer base.
