Job description
- Welcome and greet walk-in customers
- Attend to customers’ needs and wants.
- Advise customers on items that match their needs
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Be up to date with product information.
- Resolve issues or complaints that would arise during the sales and after sales process.
- Must be a B.Sc./HND Holder who is resident on the Island (Lagos Island, Ikoyi, Lekki, Victoria Island)
- Proven working experience as a Sales Person in retail fashion store in Lagos will be an added advantage.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent Customer service skills.
- Must be savvy with social media.
- Basic administrative skills.
- Warm Personality and very confident.
