Job description
Kelly Services is currently seeking several Customer Care Representatives for one of our top Healthcare Insurance clients in Nashville, TN.
Anticipated Start Date: Monday, 6/19
Duration: Contract-to-Hire Possibility
Working Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Pay Rate Range: $14.75 per hour
The Customer Care Representative responds to customer questions by telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
Job Duties:
- Receives and places follow-up telephone calls and e-mails to answer customer questions.
- Analyzes problems and provides information and solutions to customer inquiries.
- Operates a computer station to obtain and extract information plus documents information, activities and changes in the database.
- Develops and maintains positive customer relations to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Researches and analyzes data to address operational challenges and customer service issues.
- Required to meet department goals.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Requires 1 year of previous Call Center experience.
- Strong computer skills plus dual monitor and headset experience.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
