What you'll be doing We are looking for an experienced AI Software Developer to join our AI Platform team in DevX . In this position, you will develop AI-powered solutions to enhance the entire software engineering lifecycle—boosting speed, quality, and reliability. You will play a key role in shaping products by applying AI technologies, driving automation, improving UX, and optimizing the CI/CD pipeline. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge software development while exploring and implementing emerging AI-driven practices. Implement innovative solutions based on best Design Patterns Analyze requirements to recommend and implement improvements Lead UI enhancements to improve UX and application stability Engage in DevOps automation and CI lifecycle improvements Manage changes throughout the service management lifecycle Participate in software architecture design processes Develop and validate application prototypes Deliver prompt and effective customer support and issue resolution Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand needs and provide solutions Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.

Who we're looking for Strong experience applying AI to software development patterns and processes Minimum 7 years of experience in production application development Expertise in Python , Web API development, and scalable backend services Hands-on experience in Generative AI (GenAI) , including LLMs, prompt engineering, and API integrations (e.g., Azure OpenAI) Background in building secure and reliable solutions while aligning with data privacy and responsible AI practices Proficiency in React for creating dynamic and high-performance web applications Solid knowledge of database design, SQL (T-SQL), and performance tuning Experience with DevOps workflows, CI/CD, and SDLC processes Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to deliver high-quality outputs Leadership or team management experience is a plus Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions.
