Senior Full Stack Software Developer

Optimiza is seeking an experienced Senior Software Full Stack Developer to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet our business goals and enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy scalable full-stack web applications. Work with front-end technologies such as JavaScript frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue.js) and back-end technologies like .NET, Java, or Node.js. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to deliver robust solutions. Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure software quality. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay current with emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development. Strong proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript and frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js. Proficient with back-end development using .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar. Experience working with RESTful APIs and database systems (SQL and NoSQL). Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
