The Role Block LLP is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney with at least 2+ years of plaintiff-side experience to manage a caseload from pre-litigation through litigation as needed. This role is ideal for an attorney who is comfortable handling cases independently, values efficiency, and is focused on achieving strong outcomes for clients.

What We’re Looking For 2+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience (required) Experience handling cases in pre-litigation; litigation experience is a plus Strong negotiation and case evaluation skills Ability to manage a caseload independently Excellent communication and client management skills Organized, detail-oriented, and efficient Licensed and in good standing with the State Bar What You’ll Be Doing Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution Handle pre-litigation cases including demand packages, negotiations, and settlements Litigate cases as needed, including filing complaints, discovery, depositions, and court appearances Communicate directly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel Evaluate case value, liability, and damages Work closely with support staff and leadership to move cases efficiently Maintain accurate and timely case documentation Why Block LLP Competitive compensation with strong bonus structure tied to performance Supportive, team-oriented environment Clear expectations and efficient workflows Opportunity to grow within a scaling firm Leadership team that values performance, teamwork, and accountability
