Position Responsibilities:
Assist the organization's multi-channel marketing department in channel expansion and maintenance, and ensure the implementation of headquarters' channel operations in local areas.
Responsible for supervising the formulation, decomposition, and achievement of annual, quarterly, and monthly targets across multiple channels for the initial drafting organization;
Responsible for planning, executing, and tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns for the organization;
Responsible for formulating, promoting, and managing the implementation of multi-channel competition programs for the institution;
Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings and events through multiple channels of the institution;
Required Qualifications:
[ Minimum four years of professional experience in industries related to the insurance sector ]
[ Full-time bachelor's degree or higher, with preference given to candidates in finance, insurance, economics, marketing, management, or related fields ]
[ Proficient in using various Office software and new media tools ]
Preferred Qualifications:
[ Channel development and maintenance capabilities ]
[ Annual APE plan achievement rate ]
[ Organization of various marketing campaigns and conferences ]
[ Cost budget compliance management ]
