Inside Sales Engineer (all genders)

As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will serve as an internal and external technical consultant through each step of the sales cycle. You must be customer oriented with a high level of technical communication skills. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Grow sales by providing all aspects of technical support to outside sales personnel Confirm solutions to meet customer needs, including management of the Feasibility and Request for Quote processes for the sales team Prepare quotations that meet profitability goals and match company strategies Provide product education for outside and inside sales Produce support materials for the sales team, including technical writing pieces Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly demonstrate the value proposition of our products Occasional travel to provide field support for the sales team; or to make engineering evaluations

Engineering Degree, or relevant Technical Degree Minimum of 2 years professional experience in related position Excellent presentation and creativity skills Very high level of computer literacy Willing to travel domestically and internationally to support sales Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with vision systems, computers and/or packaging equipment
