Job description
We are seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist to execute asset management, licensing, financial and purchasing processes within the IT area.
The goal of this role is to ensure operational continuity, cost optimization, compliance and efficient management of IT assets and supplier relationships.
The position combines technical IT expertise and knowledge with business, procurement, financial, legal and operational coordination.
Your daily tasks:
Executing acquisition procedures of IT hardware, software, licenses and other IT-related services.
Monitoring license renewals, maintenance agreements and contract expiration dates.
Ensuring compliance with internal procurement, financial and licensing standards.
Maintaining accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, hardware and software inventory.
Coordinating purchasing processes for development equipment and studio IT infrastructure.
Supporting accounting processes related to fixed assets and intangible assets.
Cooperating with Finance, Legal, Security, Controlling, Procurement and Operations teams on asset-related matters.
Supporting, improving and optimizing purchasing and approval workflows.
Supporting hardware lifecycle management, including repairs, replacements and disposal.
Exploring potential IT solutions, offers and vendors for further negotiations.
Experience in any of the IT asset related areas, such as: IT asset management, software/license management, IT procurement or IT hardware integration and deployment.
Good understanding of IT hardware, software licensing, vendor management and standard definition.
Proficiency in spreadsheet software and data analysis, reporting and inventory tracking, including the use of advanced functions, pivot tables and visualization.
Familiarity with online reporting tools and BI systems for extracting and presenting asset inventory data.
Knowledge of fixed asset and invoice processing principles.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and process accuracy.
Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder cooperation skills.
Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
Good command of English.
Nice to have:
Experience working with ERP/procurement systems (SAP or similar).
Background in generating SQL-based database reports.
Hands-on knowledge of GLPI and OCS.
Knowledge of ITSM Tools.
Experience in the gaming, software or technology industry.
