Instructor Pilates reformer

We are currently seeking an Instructor Pilates reformer to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Collection Residences Riyadh, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions that promote strength, flexibility, posture, and overall well-being. The role involves working with clients of different fitness levels, ensuring a safe, engaging, and motivating training environment.

The instructor will design and lead both private and group Pilates classes, while adapting exercises to meet individual client needs and goals. A key part of the role is to provide professional guidance, monitor progress, and help clients improve their physical performance over time.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, professional, and able to create a positive and supportive studio experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to inspire clients are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Pilates classes (private and group sessions)
• Assess client fitness levels and tailor programs accordingly
•  Ensure correct technique and safe execution of exercises
• Track client progress and provide feedback and motivation
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment
• Create a positive and energetic training atmosphere

• Based in Riyadh
• Certified Pilates Instructor 
• Good experience in Pilates training
• Solid knowledge of Pilates principles and techniques
•  Good communication skills
• Positive and motivating personality
