Cans Quality Analyst (shifts)

Job Description:

CROWN Hellas Can Packaging SA is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Cans Quality Analyst to ensure the highest quality standards for our manufactured can products. This role involves inspecting cans, analyzing data, and collaborating with production teams to maintain product excellence and adherence to specifications.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections of cans at various stages of the production process, from incoming materials to finished goods.
• Utilize various quality control instruments and gauges to measure critical dimensions and properties of cans.
• Conduct routine laboratory tests on can components and coatings, such as lacquer adhesion, film weight, and burst strength.
• Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations from quality standards.
• Collaborate with production personnel to investigate root causes of quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new quality control procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all company quality policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment regularly.

Job Qualifications

*Degree in a related technical field.

• Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
