Job Posting Details
Student Support & Activities in the Dean of Students' Office supports student organizations and student-led activities and manages student funding and amenities. Reporting to the Head of Student Support & Activities, the appointee is expected to perform the following duties:
- Coordinate student leadership programs, exchange activities, including planning, execution, and evaluation;
- Organize large-scale events and build partnerships across university units and external parties;
- Supervise teams, monitor service delivery, and evaluate performance metrics; and
- Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Student Support & Activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8+ years of relevant experience; preference for tertiary student affairs background.
- Mature, independent, and proactive approach with strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive results.
- Excellent English/Cantonese/Putonghua communication; proficiency in MS Office, standard software for design, data collection, and social media management.
(Duration: 5 days per week, from 13 July to 12 September 2026.)
Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits will be provided where applicable.
