Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in consumer-facing digital products (mobile applications and web platforms) and demonstrated experience in Loyalty Programs, preferably within the Retail sector. The ideal candidate will combine customer-centric thinking, digital product leadership, and commercial acumen to define product vision, drive execution, and deliver engaging customer experiences that increase acquisition, retention, and loyalty value.

This role requires a strategic product leader capable of translating customer insights and business priorities into scalable digital experiences while working cross-functionally with technology, design, marketing, CRM, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for consumer-facing digital products (web and mobile applications)
  • Develop differentiating product positioning and messaging across primary customer and market segments
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management from ideation and business case development to launch, optimization, and continuous enhancement
  • Drive the design and implementation of customer-centric experiences that increase customer engagement, loyalty participation, retention, and revenue generation
  • Define and prioritize product features based on customer insights, analytics, business objectives, and market opportunities
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX/UI, CRM, analytics, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Leverage customer data, loyalty insights, and behavioral analytics to inform product decisions
  • Own and monitor product KPIs including adoption, engagement, conversion, retention, NPS, and loyalty performance metrics
  • Lead Agile delivery processes and manage product backlogs, sprint prioritization, and release planning
  • Conduct market assessments, competitive analysis, and benchmark industry trends and emerging loyalty capabilities
  • Work with stakeholders across business and technology teams to align product outcomes with strategic objectives

We are looking for high-calibre Product Managers capable of identifying customer needs, defining compelling product visions, and leading cross-functional teams to transform ideas into impactful consumer products.

The ideal candidate:

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Has 8–10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management roles
  • Demonstrates significant experience managing consumer-facing mobile and web applications
  • Has hands-on experience designing, implementing, or managing Loyalty Programs, customer engagement platforms, rewards ecosystems, or CRM products
  • Brings prior experience within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Hospitality, or customer-centric industries (Retail strongly preferred)
  • Has strong experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Can effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and business teams
  • Possesses strong knowledge of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems
  • Has experience with product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of digital KPIs and product performance management
  • Has experience with prototyping and requirements definition tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
  • Possesses excellent stakeholder management and client-facing skills
  • Previous experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, CRM platforms, or digital loyalty ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
