We’re growing at our busy nib Glendale centre and are looking for experienced Dental Assistants to join the team in both Permanent Full-Time and Casual positions.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a modern, fast-paced clinic offering a full range of treatments — from general dentistry through to complex surgical procedures. We’re looking for confident all-rounders who enjoy variety across chairside assisting, reception and sterilisation.
Our Opportunity
Permanent Full-Time Role
Monday to Friday roster
Consistent weekday hours

Casual Role
Flexible casual shifts available
Weekday shifts: 8:15am – 5:15pm
Weekend shifts: 8:15am – 3:15pm
Great option for flexibility and additional penalty rates
Our Glendale clinic is a busy 6-chair practice with a strong patient base and supportive team culture.
What You’ll Be Doing
Chairside assisting across general and complex dental procedures
Supporting surgical and advanced treatment workflows
Sterilisation and infection control
Reception support including bookings, phones and patient check-in
Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians
Delivering high-quality patient care in a busy clinic environment

About You
Previous Dental Assistant experience essential
Comfortable across chairside, reception and sterilisation duties
Confident working in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong understanding of infection control and compliance standards
Reliable, professional and team-focused
