Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Duty Manager with the daily running of operations
  • Supervise teams during service and ensure high standards are maintained
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues where needed
  • Assist with shift coordination, briefings, and team support
  • Maintain health & safety, hygiene, and operational standards
  • Support stock control and basic operational administration
  • Lead by example and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or a supervisory role
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good understanding of food hygiene, health & safety standards
  • Confident in supporting and motivating a team
  • Customer-focused with a proactive, hands-on approach
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and evenings where required
