Interact with legal counsel, correspondents, borrowers, servicers, and other related parties
Review All Third Party Real Estate Reports, Title and Required Insurance

Skills & Requirements

2-4 years of prior experience with a title company, law firm, commercial mortgage banking or the investment area of life insurance company or other related finance area preferred
Ability to multi-task
Ability to assess each situation and make good decisions - strong analysis and interpretation skills
Strong organizational skills
Team player - ability to work well with others in a team environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Good negotiating skills
Proficient in PC Windows-based software, including Microsoft Office applications (Email, Internet applications, Excel and Word); knowledge of SS&C’s PrecisionLM system a plus
MBA commercial real estate closing courses preferred: Loan Closing and Loan Documentation, Inspections and Environmental Concerns
