Work Schedule: M-F 7a-15:30p (No night/weekend/major holiday).
- Maintains inventory and replenishes par areas by picking, confirming, and delivering supplies while ensuring stock levels meet customer and clinical needs.
- Processes and distributes materials efficiently, including non-stock requisitions, refrigerated supplies, overnight packages, and routed deliveries throughout the facility.
- Accurately completes replenishment and inventory transactions using computer software systems to maintain proper record keeping and inventory control.
- Supports organization and maintenance of warehouse and par locations, including labeling, product conversions, substitutes, and layout updates.
- Provides excellent customer service by ensuring timely, accurate delivery of supplies and maintaining clean, safe, and organized work areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Possesses basic math skills. [Required]
• Pays attention to detail. [Required]
• Communicates clearly and effectively in English. Can communicate directly with clinicians. [Required]
• Has computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. [Required]
