Intern - Technical Business Analyst

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support the design and implementation of digital tools and systems, ensuring alignment with GMP and compliance standards.
• Assist in process mapping, gap analysis, and solution evaluation.
• Participate in system testing, validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Help maintain documentation for system changes, SOPs, and training materials.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across IT and business functions.
