As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for:
Setting up, operating, and maintaining Mazak CNC machines for both turning and milling operations.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to determine machining requirements.
Programming CNC machines using Mazatrol or G-code, adjusting settings for optimal performance and accuracy.
Inspecting finished parts for quality and adherence to specifications using precision measuring instruments.
Troubleshooting and resolve machining issues to ensure efficient production flow.
Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and work area.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred.
Have 0-2 years of experience operating Mazak CNC machines for turning and milling.
Be proficient in Mazatrol programming and/or G-code.
Have strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with precision measuring tools.
Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
