Maintain close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure operational alignment and responsiveness.
Develop, refine, and sustain operational processes that improve mission effectiveness and reduce administrative burden on GEOINT analysts.
Identify and resolve workforce, staffing, security, scheduling, and operational issues before they impact mission execution.
Maintain awareness of customer priorities, operational tempo, staffing requirements, and contract performance metrics.
Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and professional development efforts for cleared GEOINT personnel.
Assist with execution tracking, staffing coordination, reporting, risk management, and compliance activities.
Foster a professional, accountable, and mission-focused workforce culture in a dynamic operational environment.
Support continuity of operations during surge events, staffing transitions, and evolving mission requirements.
Assume program management responsibilities in the absence of the PM.
Required Qualifications
Active TS/SCI security clearance.

Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large operational workforces in classified environments.
Strong understanding of DoD intelligence processes, GEOINT operations, intelligence oversight, and security procedures.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing operational priorities in fast-paced mission environments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface effectively with senior Government personnel and contract staff.
Experience supporting workforce management activities including staffing coordination, personnel accountability, onboarding, and operational continuity.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently resolve operational challenges.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience supporting INSCOM or Army GEOINT missions.
Experience managing cleared analyst workforces in a 24/7 or high-operational-tempo environment.
