Job Overview
We are hiring a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations, to lead the design, stability, and execution of our enterprise IT environment. This role is responsible for overseeing core infrastructure across Microsoft platforms, Azure (including GCC/GCC High), virtualization platforms, Linux and Windows server environments, Cisco networking, and enterprise systems—while ensuring high availability, security, and operational efficiency.
This is a hands-on leadership role that blends deep technical expertise with operational discipline, people management,
and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Operations & Reliability
- Own day-to-day IT infrastructure operations across on-prem and cloud environments
- Ensure high availability, performance, resiliency, and recoverability of critical systems
- Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvement
Microsoft Ecosystem Ownership
- Oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and identity infrastructure
- Ensure secure configurations, access controls, and identity governance
- Maintain operational stability and lifecycle management of Microsoft platforms
Cloud, Virtualization & Platform Infrastructure
- Manage Azure Environments, including GCC and GCC High
- Oversee server virtualization platforms supporting enterprise workloads
- Ensure reliable operation of both Linux and Windows server environments
- Partner with Information Security to implement secure architectures and compliance controls
Network Infrastructure (Cisco)
- Oversee Cisco-based enterprise network infrastructure
- Ensure network reliability, performance, and capacity planning
- Drive coordination for upgrades, maintenance, and vendor support
Infrastructure Modernization
- Lead infrastructure upgrades, patching, and technology lifecycle management
- Reduce technical debt and improve system resilience and operational efficiency
- Supporting automation and modernization initiatives
Team Leadership & Execution
- Lead and develop the IT infrastructure and operations team
- Drive accountability, execution, and operational excellence
- Coach team members and foster a culture of reliability and ownership
Must-have Qualifications
- 12–15 years of progressive IT infrastructure experience
- Strong expertise in Microsoft infrastructure technologies
- Hands-on experience with Azure, including GCC/GCC High
- Experience managing virtualization platforms and Linux/Windows server environments
- Strong knowledge of Cisco networking
- Proven people leadership and operational management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting regulated or government-compliant environments
- Familiarity with cloud governance and security frameworks
- Exposure to infrastructure automation and modernization tooling
