YOUR MISSION
As an Executive Assistant at UiPath, you will provide high-quality remote support to senior leaders in a fast-paced, global environment. Your mission will be to help drive operational efficiency, ensure smooth day-to-day coordination, and enable leaders to focus on strategic priorities by delivering proactive administrative and organizational support.
You will play a key role in managing logistics, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and maintaining a seamless operational experience across teams and activities.
WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to some of our senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and book conference rooms
- Arrange travel logistics and provide travel assistance as needed
- Track expenses and help monitor T&E budgets
- Coordinate catering arrangements for meetings and team events
- Assist with establishing and maintaining relationships with local suppliers and vendors
- Help ensure vendors comply with contract and insurance requirements
- Coordinate the shipment, receipt, and tracking of IT equipment
- Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to support operational activities
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 5+ years of administrative or executive support experience, ideally within a software or IT services company
- Experience supporting senior leaders in a remote and international environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with strong English proficiency
- Exceptional organizational skills and extreme attention to detail
- Strong judgment, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel, and in using AI tools
- Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience working in a global technology company
- Familiarity with travel and expense management tools
- Experience coordinating vendors, workplace operations, or office logistics
- Positive, proactive, and service-oriented mindset
