Supply Chain Manager – Charging Infrastructure (Europe)

Help build the physical backbone of Circle K’s EV charging network. 

As Supply Chain Manager, you will ensure that critical infrastructure components for our EV charging network are available at the right time, at the right cost, and with the right quality; enabling fast and reliable rollout across Europe. 

Circle K is rapidly scaling its EV charging footprint across Europe. To support this growth, we are strengthening central ownership of how key infrastructure is sourced, planned, and delivered at scale; ensuring industrialized execution, supply resilience, and efficient deployment across markets. 

You’ll join the Charging Infrastructure team in Circle K eMobility and take end-to-end responsibility for the supply chain of physical charging infrastructure, including chargers, batteries, forecourt elements, payment terminals, and related components. 

What you will own 

• Supply chain strategy for charging infrastructure 

• Supplier sourcing, commercial structure, and performance management 

• Relationship with our charger hardware suppliers 

• Demand forecasting and supply planning aligned with rollout plans 

• Standards and lifecycle management for infrastructure components 

• Resolving supply-related bottlenecks impacting deployment speed or cost 

• Cross-functional coordination with central teams and country organizations 

• Evaluation of geopolitical risks impacting our globalized supply chain 

What we’re looking for 

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in relevant fields 

• Excellent people skills with a proven ability to influence, align, and collaborate across diverse stakeholders 

• Strong experience in supply chain, sourcing, or industrial operations 

• Proven ability to scale supply chains across multiple countries 

• Data-driven, commercial mindset 

• Experience from EV, energy, infrastructure, or industrial equipment is a plus, not a requirement 

• Strong willingness and curiosity to learn new industries, technologies, and technical domains
