About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking to hire three (3) Senior Incentive Compensation Analysts to join the Total Rewards Incentive Compensation team within HR Product Management. These roles enable incentive plans to be aligned to strategic goals that are built on accurate, enterprise-approved data. The role supports both the administration and optimization of the Varicent platform and serves as a key connection point between business requirements, data execution, and delivery in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will:
- Partner with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to implement incentive compensation solutions in Varicent.
- Translate compensation and product requirements into detailed data specifications including field level definitions, transformations, and validation rules.
- Lead data usage approval and governance activities to ensure data is accurate, approved, and fit for use.
- Perform data analysis to validate inputs and outputs, identify risks, and support decision making.
- Collaborate with product, data engineering, and technology teams to align business needs with technical execution.
- Develop and maintain documentation including requirements, process flows, and data definitions.
- Support testing, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution activities.
- Engage with users to provide guidance, training, and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Support enterprise data discovery, onboarding, and integration efforts.
- Ensure solutions meet governance, audit, and historical tracking requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Varicent or similar incentive compensation platforms.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience in compensation, payroll, or financial services environments.
- Data skills, leveraging tools like SQL (or similar) for data wrangling & reporting.
- Experience with data governance practices.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

- This opportunity provides a hybrid work schedule at one of the posted locations
- Base Salary for Minneapolis, MN: $96,000 - $154000 USD

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
