Job description

As part of strengthening quality management and harmonising practices across its operational sites, Egis O&M is pursuing a continuous improvement approach to enhance its QHSE Quality processes and frameworks.

The objective is to structure, improve and standardise the quality-related processes, tools, templates and guidelines that support the mobilisation, structuring and day‑to‑day operation of O&M and concession sites, ensuring consistent and efficient quality management.

This work covers the full scope of QHSE processes, from site mobilisation to operations, and applies across a wide range of O&M activities (airports, rail, road and mobility).

This internship is fully embedded in a practical, field‑oriented continuous improvement approach, closely aligned with operational realities and directly supporting the enhancement of process quality and performance across O&M entities.

Internship objective

The main objective of this internship is to contribute to the structuring, improvement and harmonisation of QHSE Quality processes across Egis O&M, by consolidating and enhancing the tools, templates, processes and guidelines that support consistent and efficient performance management throughout the O&M projects.


Key Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the QHSE and Performance manager, the intern will be responsible for:

  • Analysis & Scoping
  • Analysing Quality and Performance-related requirements applicable to O&M sites (processes, procedures, KPIs, audits, continuous improvement, documentation).
  • Identifying key performance and quality needs across the different phases of a site’s lifecycle (start-up, operations, monitoring, improvement).
  • Mapping existing internal Group tools, references and operational best practices related to Quality and Performance management.

  • A structured and operational quality set.
  • Standardised Quality & Performance templates.
  • A practical user guide for site teams.
  • A synthesis of lessons learned and best operational practices.

  • Student at Bachelor’s or Master’s level (4–5 years) in QHSE, Quality Management, Performance Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in operational performance, quality management and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to structure, synthesise and formalise operational tools.
  • Comfortable with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Autonomous, well-organised, pragmatic, with good communication and interpersonal skills
