Role Overview We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.

  • Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs
  • Expected to bring strong personal client networks
  • Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship
  • Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
  • Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.
  • Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
  • Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
  • Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
  • Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
  • Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
  • Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
  • Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
  • Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
  • High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
  • Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
  • Proven direct sales to retail customers
  • Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
  • Fluency in English + local language.

  • FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
  • Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
  • Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention
  • Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate Customer NPS
