Role Overview We are seeking high-performing and well-networked Stable Wealth Managers to acquire high-value retail customers and drive investments into Stable Money products such as Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds, and Mutual Funds.
- Target ticket size per customer: ₹5–10 lakhs
- Expected to bring strong personal client networks
- Full ownership of acquisition, closure & client relationship
- Performance-driven role with high growth & incentive potential
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard high-net-worth retail clients using prior industry connects and networking.
- Drive investments in Fixed Deposits, Bonds, and Mutual Funds in the range of ₹5–10 lakhs.
- Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM and structured sales processes.
- Negotiate and close deals independently with minimal support.
- Leverage personal relationships to acquire customers.
- Ensure accurate MIS tracking, compliance adherence, and timely closures.
- Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.
- Work under target pressure with a high ownership and growth mindset.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years of client acquisition experience in banks, NBFCs, securities firms, or liability-based products.
- Strong track record of customer acquisition, relationship management & sales closure.
- Must carry rich customer contacts and active networks.
- Familiar with sales rigor, process orientation & CRM usage.
- High ownership, negotiation skills, resilience under pressure.
- Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Local city experience & network (must have worked in the same city you’re applying for).
- Proven direct sales to retail customers
- Strong command of sales process, CRM, funnel metrics, and on ground execution.
- Fluency in English + local language.

- FD Volume (₹) & #FDs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
- Bond Volume (₹) & #Bonds booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/renewals
- Mutual Fund Volume (₹) & #MFs booked; average ticket size; wallet deepening/retention
- Lead to Sale Conversion %, cycle time (TAT), cancellation/error rate Customer NPS
