Role
As a Presales Coordinator, you will support the team by managing complex bid processes, coordinating technical responses, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who can manage high-stakes documentation, allowing our sales leaders to focus on driving revenue.
Responsibilities
Bid & Proposal Management: Lead the backend operations for RFPs, RFIs, EOIs, and audits. You will manage the end-to-end submission process, ensuring all technical and commercial questions are answered accurately and submitted before deadlines.
Content Synthesis: Quickly craft custom presales responses by leveraging and evolving our vast library of technical artifacts. You will edit non-writer submissions to ensure a consistent, professional brand voice.
Knowledge Base Evolution: Continually update and refine response templates to reflect market trends and Hexnode’s emerging product capabilities. Post-submission, you will "scrub" proposals of client-specific identifiers to maintain an evergreen internal database.
Coordination & Admin: Organize high-priority meetings, manage bid record-keeping via SharePoint/Teams/Google Drive, and manage administrative duties such as sharing agendas and recording/distributing Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
Presentation Support: Play a supporting role in preparing and participating in presentation rounds on an as-needed basis to ensure the sales team is fully equipped for final-stage bids.
Required Experience & Expertise
- 4+ years of proven experience in Presales Coordination, Technical Sales, or Bid Management within the SaaS industry.
- Prior experience responding to International RFPs and competitive bids.
- Ability to learn, understand and articulate complex technical concepts quickly.
- Experience in UEM/Cybersecurity is a significant plus.
- Exceptional proposal writing and editing skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Must be comfortable working US timings from our Chennai office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical or business field.
