Job description
The primary responsibility of these roles will be to manage cost reporting across multiple projects, with a strong focus on cash flow forecasting. Key responsibilities include:
- Budgeting & Cost Baseline Management
- Tracking Commitments & Actuals
- Forecasting and Cash Flow Management
- Change Control Management
- Reporting and Analysis
- Reconciliation & Compliance
- Preferred experience in Infrastructure/Construction Projects.
- 3+ years of prior project cost control experience.
- Relevant qualifications in a related discipline, combined with fundamental subject matter knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated experience collaborating across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and multitask effectively to meet deadlines.
- Strong MS Excel skills.
