Working Student (Remote, m/d/f)

In this role, you’ll support our Client Service team with the smooth execution of customer campaigns, helping with reporting, data analysis, project coordination, and creative setup. You’ll work hands-on with tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and Trello, keep multiple timelines on track, and help improve (and gradually automate) recurring processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support our Client Service team in day-to-day operations and keep a clear overview even when multiple campaigns are kicking off at the same time.
• Create campaign reports, analyze performance data, and turn insights into clear, compelling strategy presentations.
• Take ownership of project management tasks: maintain Trello boards, coordinate requests with our Campaign Management team (e.g., screenshots), and keep Excel trackers and overviews up to date.
• Support the creation and assembly of ad creatives in close collaboration with our designers.
• Help identify manual processes, improve them, and gradually automate recurring tasks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Marketing, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
• Strong interest in numbers, data, and digital processes.
• Confident working with Excel and PowerPoint; you know how to structure and present data in a meaningful way.
• Highly organized: you can prioritize, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks in parallel.
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented, you take ownership and follow through.
• Curious and eager to learn about our customers and processes, and you’re not afraid to question and improve how things are done.
• You stay focused and calm, even when things get busy.
• A true team player with clear, dependable communication.
• Fluent in German & English.

This role requires you to be living in Germany and to hold a valid work authorization.
